Why should a buyer have a home inspection? I am proud to say that I have saved my clients thousands of dollars with findings that need repairs or replacement prior to purchasing their dream home. Perfect aesthetics, location floor plan, all their dreams come true but what didn't they see or find? Most people see the obvious cosmetic things but few are trained or experienced in seeing the often hidden defects that could prove costly down the road, heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical and appliances to name a few.

Why should a seller have a home inspection? As a seller you should be pre warned of defects you may not be aware of so that you can properly prepare your home for sale. Your realtor will point out the cosmetic things that should be done to enhance the sale but even your realtor is not trained to advise you on the mechanical, electrical or other hidden problems that may be present. If you find these things out in advance it could prevent complications that likely occur as the sale progresses possibly nullifying the sale or delaying close of escrow.

Thorough, accurate, guaranteed inspections performed by a National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) certified inspector. A thorough explanation will also be given with the report.
Service Item Two
A completed report booklet will be presented on site upon completion of the inspection and payment. I will also be available should questions arise at a later date.
